i am still angry.
that means, of course,
i still feel guilty
that i still feel angry.
i am more concerned
about feeling guilty
than why i am angry,
and that is why
i remain angry –
except, now,
i am angry at myself, too.
this isn’t healthy.
this makes me miserable.
i’d really like to try
feeling happy & peaceful
for a change.
i don’t.
yet more reason
to be angry.
to feel guilty.
to be angry.
to feel guilty.
